Assessment & Consultation

We will talk with you to understand your business challenges, explore technology options and align you with the right solution.  We will share our experience in different use cases and provide assessment and recommendation.

Solution Design

We will start with understanding of your business goals and objectives to select the right solutions for you.  Once confirmed the solution to go, we will work on the solution design with our proven methods, hands-on experience and the professional IT know how. 

 

Since your environment is unique, we will offer the best advice and design solutions that address what is important to your organisation.

Project Management & Implementation

The time taken and documentation produced in the Solution Design phase enables us to quickly and effectively move into the Project Management & Implementation stage.  

 

We will configure, customise and integrate your solution against the technical design and perform full system or service acceptance testing.

Support & Maintenance

After the project handover, we will provide post implementation support service include phone, email, remote and on-site support with 8x5 or 24x7 service hour. 

 

Through the on-going support service, we will help you to continually improve your overall experience and the value from your technology deployment.  We will work with you to understand the operation challenges and business needs and to recommend service improvements, adoption initiatives and solution enhancements.
