David Au Yeung
Founder
David founded Amidas in 2014, bringing over 25 years of leadership and executive management experience in the technology industry. Guided by his vision, Amidas has become a trusted provider of innovative IT solutions, enabling enterprises to embrace digital transformation with confidence.
Previously, David founded Asiasoft Hong Kong in 1997, the city’s first and most successful value-added distributor, which he grew and later sold to a leading global distribution firm in 2010. He also established ACME Solutions in 2000, delivering software development, document management, and workflow solutions tailored to the Hong Kong market.
Leo Ng
Chief Executive Officer
Leo drives the company’s strategic vision, growth, and customer success. With over 15 years of expertise in cybersecurity, specializing in data and cloud security, Leo has led large-scale IT security implementations for multinational enterprises, financial institutions, and critical infrastructure operators across APAC.
Since joining Amidas in 2014, his leadership and deep technical insight have positioned the company as a trusted advisor, delivering innovative, secure, and scalable solutions.
Becky Shiu
Chief Operating Officer
Becky is a Management Professional with over 20 years of experience in IT industry with a comprehensive track record of steering and managing PMO setups and client strategical alignment. Her project portfolio spans across public compliance and regulatory bodies and high profiled multi-national organizations in airline, FSI and public sectors in Hong Kong.
With a robust grasp of risk management, IT governance and PMO discipline and framework, Becky has significantly contributed to achieving impactful outcome and driving customer success in each role she has undertaken.

Chris brings over 20 years of expertise in enterprise technology and consulting. He leads the development of innovative solutions and oversees managed service excellence, enabling clients to achieve secure, high-performing IT environments. Known for his strategic vision and hands-on leadership, Chris has successfully delivered numerous large-scale projects across diverse industries.
His deep technical knowledge and passion for applying emerging technologies to complex challenges have earned him a strong reputation in the field. As CTO, he is dedicated to building scalable solutions that grow with modern enterprises.
