When it’s time to put the plan into action, Amidas professional services team will lead you step-by-step through the implementation and deployment processes. We can effectively and efficiently get you up and running according to your goals, priorities, resource availability and go-live prerequisites. To facilitate a smooth implementation and deployment process, we have the following phases during The Build Stage:
Scope — exam your business and technical requirements, defining criteria for project success, and identifying risks. We’ll finalize the statement of work, define hardware requirements, and create a high-level solution design.
Kick-off — our project manager will work with your organization's project manager, business and IT representatives, and other internal stakeholders to establish timelines in accordance with the statement of work.
Design — finalize the solution design and confirm that the hardware, cabling, network, and resources at your site are in place for implementation.
Execute — installing, configuring, integrating, and testing your solution.
Train - To help your team administer and operate your solution, Amidas offers in-depth training developed by expert technical instructors and vendors.
Optimize — After your system is deployed, our consultants will provide you with best practices to help you fully leverage it. Our project manager will conduct a wrap-up meeting with your team to transition your account to your Operation team or our Support team, marking the official conclusion of implementation.
Amidas understands that in some environment, performance and reliability can degrade over time as hardware ages or the system has misconfiguration issues that hinder the system’s integrity. To counteract these effects and follow best practices, Amidas recommends that customers should perform periodic health checks. A health check should carefully scrutinize the current installation, check all logs, and review current system performance periodically to ensure optimal performance.
Under this Optimization Stage, Amidas consultant will perform regular health check twice a year. The objective of these visits is to ensure that your system is maintained and optimised on a regular basis. Taking a preventative and ongoing enhancement approach to systems support leads to greater stability, higher system availability and reduced downtime.
The health check visits provide the opportunity to review the current status of system performance and stability, and implement preventive maintenance tasks that will maintain or enhance the integrity of the system.
